On November 13th I had the honor of assisting Randall Granier Photography with another wedding. This wedding was amazing! Such a sweet and beautiful couple and such great families who welcomed us with open arms. They got married at Peachtree Christian Church off of Peachtree Street and the reception was held at the Doubletree in Buckhead. The weather was perfect and the couple was so laid back and very cooperative with all the ideas we had for their pictures. I had a blast shooting this wedding and cocktail hour! I wish them the very best and thank them for such a wonderful experience! For more photos of this beautiful day click here
On November 15th Kennesaw State University hosted Georgia Tech in mens basketball. This was the first time in KSU history that they gym was sold out with a grand total of 4500 fans. The atmosphere in the gym was amazing and the KSU fans were crazy with school spirit. I had a press pass to shoot the game and I was in total shock by how many photographers, press and media were there. It was a huge deal for KSU! I was extremely flattered to be such a small part of something so big for this university. KSU ended up wining the game and it went down in school history as the most fans and the biggest win!
I hope to be part of more record breaking events at KSU! Thank you so much for having me out to capture this huge victory for the mens basketball program.
On November 18th Gordon Biersch in Buckhead tapped into it's Winter Bock seasonal beer. Winter Bock is a strong, dark, bock beer that goes great with their seasonal food menu as well. It has everything from chicken tenders to chicken pot pie to the most popular pumpkin cheesecake. It was a great turn out and the beer was flowing like water. Thank you to Hands on Atlanta for coming out and giving away such great prizes. For more Winter Bock photos click here
I had the honor of assisting Randall Granier on another wedding at The Grande in Kennesaw, Ga on October 16, 2010. The couple Jennifer and Xristos were amazing! What great spirits and energy they were. It was a Greek wedding and the dancing went all night! I had such a great time and I wish the couple the very best. For more pictures of the beautiful wedding and couple visit Randall's website.
What to say about a couple like Steve and Mandy?? Mandy has been my best friend for years, and she is considered more than a friend she is my family. To say that I was honored and privileged to shoot their engagement pictures is an understatement. I have watched this couple grow into what they are today, and I can't wait to see where the road of marriage takes these two. Steve is one of the best people I know, and I am so happy to call him my family as well.
It was a cold afternoon and these two were definitely troopers during their shoot. I could've shot all day/night and weekend with them. I had such a blast and I can't say enough good things about them. Mandy and Steve thank YOU for letting me be a small part in such a huge event in your lives. I love you both so much and I can't wait for the day when you are husband and wife!
